If you're outside of the US your payment will be processed in US Dollars. You may be charged in local currency according to the exchange rate used by the bank that issued your credit card.

JuliaBella can ship to within the United States and internationally. Within the United States orders are shipped either with USPS Priority Mail or with UPS Ground. For domestic shipments, as a courtesy, JuliaBella will send a client a valid tracking number issued by USPS or by UPS.
For international orders JuliaBella offers two shipping options: 1) economical - USPS First Class Mail, and 2) standard – USPS Priority Mail. USPS First Class mail does NOT provide international tracking number. USPS Priority Mail provides tracking number.
The Client assumes the risk of non-delivery, delay in delivery or damaged delivery. The Client is responsible for all import duties, VAT and customs clearance in his country. If asked, as a courtesy, JuliaBella LLC will help provide the Client with additional documents that may be asked by customs or other fiscal authorizes to complete the import clearance process.
If a package is returned to JuliaBella due to non-delivery or refusal of delivery, non-existing mailing address JuliaBella will not reimburse the Client shipping charged, fees and return shipping charges. The amount of these charged will be withheld from the refund or store credit amount issued to the Client’s credit card or account at sur-shoes.com
Your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days from the purchase date. Our standard shipping will be handled by either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground for all domestic orders and by the US Priority Mail (trackable) for all international orders, unless otherwise requested by a client. For international clients we have a discounted shipping option. We can send you your order with USPS First Class Mail, however this shipping option does not provide tracking number.
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not absolutely happy where are several options available for return or exchange.
Return Policy for Shoes
You can return unworn shoes if you are not happy with your order. If you purchased shoes without using special promotions discount code and/or shoes there were not on sale you can return unworn shows for full refund within 30 days from your purchase (please note, the price of shipping will not be returned). After 30 days you are most welcome to send your unworn shoes back for an exchange or store credit.
All sale merchandise and items purchased during promotional offers are final sale and can not be returned for a refund. You can still exchange such items within 30 days of your purchase.
JuliaBella Store follows Amazon return and restocking fee policy that is considered standard in the industry. To compensate for the warehouse and labor costs JuliaBella charges 10% restocking fee.
3. Returns Initiation
To start the return process must obtain the return control number (RCN). To obtain a return control number, a Client must log into her account at julia-bella-store.com, to to her profile and to her order history. Select the order she wants to return and click green arrow starting the return.
Returns without RCN are only avaiable for a store credit and may even not be processed at all.
Your right to privacy is important. JuliaBella believes that the personal information you choose to furnish online should only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality products, services and support. We will not share this information with any other party. We do not share your credit card information with any outside parties.
